A leading oil and gas Services Company requires the services of a A CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: þ Provide administrative support to CEO and Senior Staff þ Prepare reports and communications including emails and notes from meetings þ Assist in all CEO's office functions and events þ Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO and his guests as and when necessary þ Support the CEO in managing calendar, travel, preparing for presentations, company meetings and other key events.
