A newly approved and incorporated Microfinance Bank with office in Onitsha, Anambra State, is looking for young, dynamic, resourceful and result oriented professionals, in the areas listed below, to deliver value and excellence in Microfinance banking services. 1. Managing Director: Should provide direction for the overall operations of the bank. Qualification: * BSc or HND in Banking and Finance, Accountancy, Economics or Business Administration with minimum of 10 years experience in the banking industry. Professional certificates from ICAN, CIBN etc and post graduate degrees will be an added advantage. * Age: Not more than 40 years old Knowledge & Skills: * Sound knowledge of Microfinance banking operations and regulatory guidelines. * Superior knowledge and experience in ICT * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Analytical and problem solving orientation 2. Head Banking Operations: 3. Head Credit & Marketing: 4. Head General Services: 5. Internal Auditor: 6. Executive Assistants: As in (1) above but not more than 35 years old, with minimum of 6yrs experience in chosen area 7. Office Assistants: * Good first Degree or equivalent in relevant disciplines. * Experience in banking is an additional advantage. * OND, NCE, WASC or equivalent.
