Qualification

Relevant Financial Degree/ HND or equivalent.

Job Description
Operational Specialist: Capital Management and CWIP

Main Output

-   Co-ordinate and support the budget and projection process
-   Assist project/ business case managers with Business case compilation
-   Monitor/ Track expenditure against spend plan
-   Monthly capital performance portfolio analysis
-   Creation and upgrading of assets
-   Completion certificate and Capitalisation of Assets
-   Benefits Tracking
-   Tracking and measurements of milestone
-   Quarterly Business case status report
-   Compile/ implement policies and procedures/ guidelines

Experience required

2 year relevant experience in Capital assets management or CWIP
preferably female

Core competencies

-   High level of integrity and business ethics
-   Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
-   Strong interpersonal management and networking
-   Ability to function effectively under pressure
-   Good appreciation and working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools

Qualification

Relevant Degree/ HND or equivalent.  (ACCOUNTING, BUSINESS ADMIN, ECONOMICS, E.T.C)

Job Description
Operational Specialist: Assets Management

Main Output

-   Componentization of item of property, plant & Equipment
-    Calculation and posting of monthly depreciation
-   Preparation and administration of bar codes on all the company's assets
-   Calculation of monthly Deferred Tax
-   Calculation of Capital Allowance.
-   Ensure that all items of company's assets are in the Assets Register
-   Ensuring all the assets as well as their depreciation are included in the Financial Statement of the company at all time
-   Impairment of Assets
-   Reconciliation of the Assets Register and Deferred tax
-   Physical Assets Verification
-   Responsible for the modification, maintenance and upgrading of the Asset Management Systems with regards to the Assets environment
-   Compile/ Implement policies and procedures/ guidelines

Experience required

2 year relevant experience in Assets management or CWIP
preferably female
