A big-ticket technology and document processing Solutions Company with presence in 8 countries covering East / Central and West Africa seek to hire experienced, energetic & dynamic sales professionals to help drive the document processing / voice business.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other related disciplines
* Previous selling experience preferred; leadership positions a plus
* Highly motivated self-starter with effective communication skills
* Negotiating experience; a plus.
* Must have excellent presentation skills
* Ideal Age: Between 28 - 40 years
* 5 - 10 years experience, at least 3 must be on a managerial level
* Good IT / IS skills
POSITION: Vertical Manager (Outsourcing) (Ref: VM1)
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
* Responsible for creating new prospects under the designated segments.
* Identifies & develops new accounts.
* Responsible for locating, conducting and presenting proposals and value propositions to prospect base & developing customised solutions.
* Handles a team of sales consultants to achieve the revenue target
* Ensures continued revenue growth & customer retention
* Maintains long-term profitable relationship with customer base.
* Achieves & exceeds designated revenue targets, build pipeline through constant engagement of customers and develop as well as strengthen the sales funnel.
POSITION: Sales Consultant (Outsourcing) (Ref: SC2)
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
* Meets or exceeds revenue expectations by proactively building and closing on a strong sales pipeline
* Responsible for locating, conducting and presenting proposals and value propositions to prospect base & developing customised solutions to exceed customer requirements
* As appropriate, develops contacts directly with end-user clientele
• Reviews leads and pending orders, developing action plans to progress each cycle
* Meets forecasting objectives and keeps timely and accurate forecasts on prospects
POSITION: Sales Consultants (Imaging / Voice) (Ref: SC3)
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identifies & develops new accounts by canvassing, cold calling etc
* Ensures effective account management of some existing accounts
* Coordinates internal resources e.g. billings and distribution logistics
* Recommends customised solutions to customers
