Financial Consulting Firm Vacancies

A Nigerian-based but internationally focussed financial, banking and economic policy consulting firm working principally for the Banking and Financial Services industry requires individuals to fill the following vacancies:
ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT-TRAINING/MANPOWER DEVELOPMENT [Ref: ECL/CT]
*A good 1st Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Accounting or other relevant Business Course.
* Minimum of 2 years experience in similar assignment
* Deep interest in Training and Learning Improvement with a dear desire to ultimately become a Training or Human Resource consultant.
*Strong Research and Organisational skills and undoubted ability to speak and write in English.
*Be confident and creative; and possess good interpersonal skills
*Strong computer Skills, meaning he/she must be able to work effidently in MS Office Programs and in 'Page-maker' and 'Corel-Draw'
ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT-RECRUITMENT SERVICE [Ref: ECL/CT]
*A good 1st Degree in the Humanities plus membership of the Nigerian (or UK) Institute of Personnel Management
*Minimum of 2 years experience in similar assignment
*Minimum 2 years experience in HR administration function
*Excellent organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
*Strong negotiating skills
*Proficiency in MS Office Programs - especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
MANAGER, LOGISTICS AND OUTSOURCING [Ref: ECL/MLT]
* A good 1st Degree in Management Sciences
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar assignment
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* Good communication and inter-personal skills
*Strong negotiating and presentation skills
*Proficiency in MS Office Programs-especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
MARKET EXECUTIVE [Ref: ECL/MKT]
*1st Degree or HND in Marketing, or in the Social Sciences, with a dear knack for selling, particularly in tangible goods. A previous experience of selling Training Programs will be an advantage.
* Well motivated by a result-based, target-driven work environment.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills. Strong personal initiative and dearly with drive and determination.
* Strong influencing and negotiating skills
*Proficiency in Office Programs, especially 'Word', 'Excel' and 'PowerPoint'.
PERSONAL ASSISTANT/OFFICE MANAGER [Ref: ECL/PAS]
* HND in Secretarial Studies or equivalent qualification
*Previous experience of Office Administration - Routine, Systems and Procedures - in a private-sector company will be an advantage.
* Excellent computer skills - particularly in the use of MS Office Programs - 'Word', 'Excel', and 'PowerPoint - as well as in 'Page-Maker' and 'Corel-Draw'
* Efficient use of general Office Equipment such as photocopiers, printers, faxes, scanners and presentation set-up.
* Good listening, communication and inter-personal skills.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
