Position for Confidential Secretary in Oil & Gas servicing coy

A leading oil and gas Services Company requires the services of a

A CONFIDENTIAL SECRETARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

þ     Provide administrative support to CEO and Senior Staff

þ     Prepare reports and communications including emails and notes from meetings

þ     Assist in all CEO's office functions and events

þ     Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO and his guests as and when necessary

þ     Support the CEO in managing calendar, travel, preparing for presentations, company meetings and other key events.

Manage the CEO's phone, mail and correspondence

þ      Computer skills (MS Office suit)

þ      Working knowledge of French language WOULD BE AN ADDED ADVANTAGE

Qualification

A good B Sc / HND degree preferably in the Secretarial Adminstration with a minimum of  5 – 8 years post qualification experience in the oil and gas industry / similar position.
