WaterAid is a UK based international development agency dedicated to the provision of safe water, sanitation and hygiene education to the world's poorest people. We support local organizations to manage low cost, sustainable projects and also provide policy support to secure the right of poor people to affordable water and sanitation services. To effectively implement our country strategy, WaterAid Nigeria is inviting applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill the following position: ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (JOS) You will support the Human Resources & Organisational Development Advisor in the capacity building of our partner organisations and institutions within the WASH Sector. You will establish and manage key relationships with sector institutions and state partners, as well as build internal relationships. Minimum qualification for this post is a first degree in social sciences and a minimum of 3-5 years work experience, with at least 2 years in a similar capacity. In addition, you will bring excellent organisational and planning skills to our team and ability to build strong working relationships within and outside the organisation.
