Trainee Vacancies in Oil Test Group!

The Oiltest Group is an industry leader in the provision of oilfield well services, quality laboratory and consultancy services to the oil and gas industry in Nigeria and beyond. Due to Planned growth and expansion, the following caliber of candidates are required to fill the stated positions in their port harcourt office.

1. Trainee Field Engineer (Ref: TFE/08)

The right candidate should
- Possess a B.Sc/B.Eng degree in Mechanical Engineering obtained at a minimum of 2nd Class lower division from a reputable university.
- Possess a minimum of 6 credits in O' level or SSCE including Mathematics, Physics and English language in a maximum of 2 sittings.
- Not to be more than 27 years old with a maximum of 1 year post NYSC experience.


2. Trainee Field Technologists (Ref: TFT/08)

The right candidate should
- Possess a HND in Mechanical, Production Engineering obtained at a minimum of upper credit from a reputable institution.
- Possess a minimum of 6 credits in O' level or SSCE including Mathematics, Physics and English language in a maximum of 2 sittings.
- Not to be more than 27 years old with a maximum of 1 year post NYSC experience.

3.Field Electrical/Electronics  Engineers (Ref: FEE/08)

The right candidate should
- Possess a B.Sc degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering obtained at a minimum of 2nd Class upper division from a reputable university.
- Not to be more than 27 years old with a minimum of 2-3 years post NYSC experience.

4. Analytical Chemist (Ref: ACH/08)

The right candidate should
- Possess a B.Sc degree in Chemistry obtained at a minimum of 2nd Class upper division from a reputable university together with some experience of GC, AAS & ICP.
- Not to be more than 30 years old with a manimum of 2-3 years post qualification cognate experience in a medium sized organization.

5. IT Network Support Engineer (Ref: IT/08)

The right candidate should
- Possess a B.Sc degree in Computer science, Information Technology or in Electrical/Electronics obtained at a minimum of 2nd Class upper division from a reputable university.
- Possess substantial documented IT professional certifications with a sound knowledge of networking and server/workstation based technologies.
- Possess comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP network, servers and network printers.
- Be familiar with current networking communication technologies, e.g WIMAX, SHDSL etc.
- Possess repair and troubleshooting skill for LAN, WAN and associated network components.
- Be conversant with processes and procedures for the rapid provision of systems, applications and thier implementation.
- Not to be more than 30 years old with a manimum of 2 years post qualification cognate experience in a medium sized organization.
