As a first step in this direction, the bank is in the process of staffing a strong leadership team to drive growth and is interested in outstanding local or international candidates for the positions listed below.

Segment Managers
High Net-Worth Individual (HNI)/Affluent Segment Manager R001
Middle & Mass Market Segment Manager R002
Growing Businesses (Small/Medium Enterprises) Segment Manger R003
Non-Resident Nigerian Segment Manager R004
Job requirements:
* Tertiary degree in any field
* Job holder must have at least 5 years working experience of which 3 will have been in the banking industry; relevant other experience (e.g., FMCG) will be a plus
* Possession of an MBA while not mandatory will confer an added advantage on the candidate.

Head, Product Management R005
Job requirements:
* Bachelors degree from reputable university; relevant field and MBA/Masters a plus
* Minimum of 7 years post-graduate experience with-at least 3 in either Retail banking or product management in another industry (e.g. FMCG)
* Strong quantitative/analytical and project management skills
* Excellent people leadership capabilities

Job requirements:
* Bachelors degree from reputable university; relevant field and MBA/Masters a plus
* 5 years post-graduate experience in Financial Services with at least 2 of those years spent in either insurance or mortgage business (as applicable)
* Strong quantitative/analytical skills
* Strong ability to coordinate various stakeholders /interests and align

Manager, National Sales R011
Job requirements:
* Bachelors degree from reputable university; relevant field and MBA/Masters a plus
* Outstanding retail sales management experience and track record with at least 10 years post-graduate sales experience including 3 years in senior sales management
* Financial services experience a plus, but like industries also considered (e.g. telecoms)
* Strong results orientation and analytical/fact based approach to sales
* Excellent people leadership and coaching skills

Head, E-Channel Management R012
Job requirements:
* Bachelors degree from reputable university; relevant field and MBA/Masters a plus
* 5 years post-graduate experience with at least 2 years in channel management; retail financial services or telecommunications channel management a plus
* Strong quantitative/analytical skills
* Strong ability to coordinate cross functional groups towards aligned objective

Head, Research R013
Job requirements:
* Bachelors degree from a reputable university; relevant field and MBA/Masters a plus
* 4 years post-graduate experience with a strong experience in research or related discipline; financial services experience a plus
* Strong quantitative/analytical skills and aptitude to learn
* Excellent organization skills and methodical approach to work
* Excellent communication skills

Financial Analyst R014
Job requirements:
* Bachelors degree from reputable university; relevant field and MBA/Masters a plus
* 2 years post-graduate experience with a strong background in Finance or Accounting
* Strong quantitative/analytical skills and aptitude to learn
* Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong fluency with Microsoft Excel; MS Access and PowerPoint a plus
