ALBION COLLEGE London Graduate School Center for Legislative Development

The Center for Legislative Development (CLD) Abuja is a center for the
training and development of leaders, decision Makers, legislators and
students of Politics. The center is affiliated to the London graduate
School of Albion College. The main objective of the center is to
organize training, Seminars, Programmes and Legislative workshops for
Nigerian Lawmakers and leaders of Democracy in Nigeria and Africa.
The center requires the services of qualified applicants in the
following positions.

Client Service Manager (CSM) for the following zones
a. North West
b. North Central
c. North East
d. South South
e. South East
f. South West

The client service manager is the front line contact between the
center and the legislators. He or she will be responsible for the
daily operations of the zones and shall report directly to the
Director General. The Client Service Manager (CMS) will amongst other
things perform the following duties and responsibilities with
specific, political, technical and managerial functions:

Competences
• Has a proven ability to organize training, workshops and people's Management
• Strong management skills and competence in resource mobilization
Qualifications

Qualification
• University Degree in social Sciences or any relevant discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in training,
administration and marketing
• Excellent understanding of legislative environment
• A valid International Passport

Administrative officer
The administrative officer will be resident in Abuja and will be
responsible for the day to day activities of the center. (Financial,
Material and human resources). The administrative officer will amongst
other things perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Competences;
• Ability to implement center operations, practices and procedures
• Efficiency to manage and prepare training, workshops and seminar
material for centre programme
• A Valid International Passport
• University Degree in Social Sciences or any relevant discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in training,
administration and marketing
• Excellent understanding of legislative environment
