HEAD, INTEGRITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Ref: AP.DNL21/08 
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 
• Support maintenance engineering, offshore and onshore for all integrity requirements. 
• Coordinate the facilities integrity requirement for both onshore and offshore locations. 
• Implement a planning regime for facilities activity and set KPl's for plant/facility integrity. 

SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER Ref: APDNL24/08 
Key Responsibilities/ Accountabilities: 
• Provide comprehensive and integrated planning/system services in support of production activities.
• Coordinate monthly IOP meeting and produce detailed equipment plans for all production equipment in the locations. 
• Coordinate the spares, materials, resources and logistics requirements to support the maintenance requirements both onshore and offshore. 

INSTRUMENTATION PROJECT ENGINEER Ref: APDNL 27/08
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 
• Provide instrument and control engineering input in the review and verification of design data, reports and studies. 
• Provide oversight of contractor in the preparation/updating of Control on ESD system. 
• Prepare all stand alone specifications and data sheets required for the requisition and purchase of all instrument packages, equipment and bulks. 

COST CONTROLLER Ref: APDNL 29/08
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities; 
• Provide cost control, accounting, cost reporting and cost estimating services. 
• Establish and maintain procedures for Cost Control, Cost Reporting and Budgeting for departmental projects. 
• Establish work breakdown structure (WBS), including AFE and cost centre numbers. 
• Monitor expenditure versus value of Work done (VOWD) for all on-going contracts and projects. 

HEAD, MAINTENANCE Ref: APDNL 22/08 
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 
• Support maintenance onshore and offshore for all maintenance planning matters. 
• Provide comprehensive and integrated planning/system services in support of maintenance activities. 
• Coordinate the spares, materials, resources and logistics requirements to support the maintenance requirements both onshore and offshore. 
• Implement a planning regime for planned and breakdown activities. 

SENIOR ELECTRICAL INSTRUMENT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER Ref: APDNL 25/08 
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 
• Provide technical support of offshore and onshore, for all operational instrument discipline maintenance matters. 
• Provide contractual resources for all instrument discipline aspects of the fields' operational maintenance as required. 
• Support maintenance onshore and offshore for all maintenance planning matters. 
• Review all spares and stock requirement and usage. 

PIPELINE PROJECT ENGINEER Ref: APDNL 27/08 
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 
• Pipeline Engineering expertise to aid in the execution of the Company's pipeline projects, both onshore and offshore Nigeria. 
• Provide a focal point for the resolution of pipeline engineering questions from constructor. . 
• Monitor the performance of design contractors and suggest remedial action. 
• Act as the company representative to ensure that design work by contactors meets company standards and relevant industry codes, in particular, API, ASME, ANSE, and NFPA. 

FACILITIES INTERFACE & SERVICES ENGINEER Ref: APDNL 30/08 
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 
• Work with the Facilities Interface and Services Coordinator in tracking all ongoing and planned new. Developments related to the assets and identify issues and areas where direct involvement by production Deportment will contribute to improved performance. 
• Work closely with the Facilities Interface and Services Coordinator in organizing/coordinating operations input into all new projects, modification and de-bottlenecking studies. 
• Ensure production operation requirements are agreed and adopted during the design stages of the projects. 
• Give necessary support to Facilities Interface and Services Coordinator to effectively work with the Production Coordinator and Head Maintenance Services. 

PRODUCTION OPERATIONS ADVISOR Ref: APDNL 23/08
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 
• To lead and drive the team responsible for Production Optimization within the production department for Addax operated oil field onshore and offshore. 
• Identify oil rate enhancement opportunities. 
• Work with office based and field staff to successfully implement production enhancement projects and initiatives. 
• Apply new techniques, technology and equipment to increase oil production from existing assets. ' 
• Develop an integrated asset model using Gap/Prosper modeling tools. 


PRODUCTION ENGINEER Ref: APDNL 26/08
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 
• To plan and coordinate the optimization of wells, facilities and systems onshore to ensure that production is maximized and costs are minimized in line with good oilfield practices. 
• To monitor production and individual facilities on a daily basis to detect any anomalies. 
• Develop work procedures and ensure HSE policies and procedures are adhered to when supervising and carrying out any activity. 
• Responsible for running and maintaining integrated production modeling for wells, flow lines and facilities. 

CMMS & SPARES CONTROLLER Ref: APDNL 28/08 
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 
• Work closely with CMMS/Spare Coordinator in implementation of offshore and onshore CMMS geared towards controlling, planning, scheduling and recording all maintenance activities in the field. 
• Trending and evaluating performance of equipment using the CMMS system. 
• Involves in training Coordination for onshore and offshore personnel on use of computerized maintenance management system as well as providing administrative assistance and refresher schedules. 
• Utilizing CMMS and Proactis/Sun Supplementary to manage all spares and materials requirements for offshore and onshore activities. 
• Manage the equipment historical database in the CMMS system for all equipment in the field. 

JDZ LIAISON OFFICER Ref: APDNL 31/08 
Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities: 
• To interact with JDA as necessary to establish company and host community harmony and professional atmosphere. 
• Update Government policies relating to community relations. 
• Ensure adherence to regulations and company policy. 
• Liaise with host communities to ensure open communication between communities, Addax management, and social project contractors. 
• To maintain transparent and auditable transactions with host communities.
