Responsibilities:
· Respond to calls and emails from employees both in local
and remote offices.
· Diagnose and fix desktop computer hardware or software problem.
· Maintain and update all desktops (includes software and hardware).
· Troubleshoot phone problems, including programming both
switch and voice mail.
· Troubleshoot network problems, cabling, and installation of
network equipment.
· Deploy and configure new computers, printers, and other
computer peripheral equipment.
· Perform weekly backups of all network systems.
· Assist the System Administrator, Network Engineers as needed.
Skills Requirements:
· Technical Computer degree required
· 1 to 2 years experience in IT administrations
· 1 to 2 years experience with latest Windows Operating Systems
· Advanced troubleshooting experience in Windows Operating
systems, MS Office, Internet client applications a must
· Certified in MCSA for Windows 2003 server required
· Strong written and oral communication skills a must
· Team oriented individual
2. Position: Database Administrator (DBA)
Required Skill Set:
· OCP Certification (10g)
· Relevant bachelors degree
· 2+ years experience with installing, and supporting Oracle
9i/10g DB software in Linux
· Experience in the following additional tools: Crystal
Reports, SqlServer, Microsoft Office
· Demonstrated experience in disaster recovery planning &
testing (RMAN knowledge a plus)
· Proven analytic skills and strong judgment
· Excellent communication skills
· Ability to effectively work with team members and share
knowledge to ensure team success
· Platform knowledge: Linux, Windows Server
· Languages: Perl, SQL, PL/SQL
Preferred Skill Set:
· 2+ years experience in finance or accounting systems
· Familiarity or experience working with accounting, billing and
finance data and systems
· Logical and physical data modeling, DB design and implementation
