Goal of the Job:
To manage equipment spares inventory and administrative functions of the Technical division in the Region.
Role Description:

    * General office administration such as filling systems, handling of general correspondence, preparing presentation materials and information dissemination within the unit.
    * To organize briefing material and logistics for unit meetings
    * To provide an effective interface between the unit and regional finance.
    * To ensure effective re-imbursement of the sub-regional float
    * To develop and maintain records and information through an effective database management system.
    * Provide an effective interface between the field engineers and equipment vendor with regards ton spare availability.
    * To ensure effective spares requisition and delivery system in accordance with company policies and procedures.
    * Compilation of weekly and monthly reports at due date and time.
    * To prepare, compile and maintain the lave schedule roaster for all staff within the unit

Requirement for Suitable Candidates:
1      Qualification
·         A university degree preferably in Engineering.

·         Relevant professional qualifications would be an added advantage

2      Experience
·         Minimum of 1 year relevant working experience

3        Attributes

·         Proficient in Microsoft office suites

·         Attention to details

·         Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to deal with people in stressful situations

·         Works with own initiative and minimal supervision

·         Technical report writing skills.
