General Manager Finance & Human Resources for Oil and Gas company Needed!!!

The Company : An international upstream oil and gas company specialising in all aspects of exploration and production in our areas of interest. We work in partnership with host governments and local communities to develop oil and gas assests through the use of new and innovative technologies and expertise, allowing the costs of oil and gas exploration and production to be minimized, while ensuring maximum returns.

Company owns interests in several oil and gas assets in Nigeria delta region of Nigeria and JDZ with its corporate Headquarters in London and regional headquarters in Lagos, Nigeria.

The Role : General Manager- Finance, Admin and HR is primary responsibility and objectives are:

1. To direct the development, implementation, maintenance and cordination of Human Resource Management and ensure highly responsible workforce that will deliver the company's strategic objectives.

2. To manage Finance & Accounting (F&A) activities through the formulation &Implementation of policies and procedures in an effective way in order to support business operation excellence and growth.

Your Profile: : 1. A university degree in Accounts or Finance.
2. Prior experiences with Human Resources associations will be beneficial.
3. 10-15 years experience with 2 years supervisory experience.
