Job Description:
Responsibilities

Strong focus on customer management and efficient organization of Staffing across GE businesses.
Active use of tools in Staffing Processes (JobFlow, HireSystems).
Creative use of other recruiting channels.
Support efficient management of Staffing Process taking responsibility and initiative
Participate in special projects with regards to University Relations, Talent Sourcing & Process Management as required
Work closely with Business and HR Managers to deliver on recruiting needs

Qualifications

University Degree, 1/2 years Recruiting & Staffing experience in a multinational environment.
Commercial Recruitment Agency background with customer management experience will be beneficial
Proven ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver quality work on time
Project management, organisation, and problem-solving skills
High energy level, driven with positive enthusiasm & pragmatic approach, reflecting GE Values
Fluency in English (oral and written) will be required for this role, any other European language will be considered an advantage

Affinity with & quick grasp of Systems and HR Tools
