A Pan-African media group located in Abuja, which publishes books, directories and periodicals, has Vacancies for the following positions: MARKETING/COMMERCIAL MANAGER • Must possess a good first degree in the Social or Management Sciences with at least 10 years successful marketing experience in a reputable firm. • Candidate should possess excellent personality and be able to demonstrate ability to achieve result. • He/she must be aggressive with professional skills and ability to work with little or no supervision. • The candidate must not be more than 40 years of age • An MBA will be an added advantage, ASSISTANT BOOK EDITORS • Must possess a first degree in the Arts or Social Sciences with at least 7 years cognate experience in the editorial department of a reputable media or book publishing firm. • Candidate may be required to go the extra mile by sourcing for materials, editing, proofreading and getting his/her manuscript not only press-ready, but also ensuring that printing is in accordance with specifications. • He/she must be between 30 and 40 years of age . COMMERCIAL OFFICERS • Must be a holder of a good first degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related management discipline. • He/she must have vast working knowledge of Abuja and environs, and at least 2 years cognate commercial/circulation experience. • The right candidate should be able to work independently: Must also possess good personality.
