AUDIO-VISUAL OFFICER REP: ERP/2009/001
Location: Lagos
The Job:
• The appointee will be required to produce top quality audio-visual materials needed for creating strong, positive impressions about the company's image in the media.
• The duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Ensure the production of documentaries and photos for internal and external media while liaising with, photographers, cameramen, film producers and the likes to ensure production of good company photos and audio-visuals
• Produce still photos, videos, CDs etc and other audiovisual materials as well as produce high quality
• programmes for programming of RA TV Bonny and Canteen TV.
• Assemble materials for Company's electronic library and maintain custody of items in the library
• Procure tapes, pictures and films from internal and external publics and package programmes, features, mini documentaries and the likes for internal and external publics
• Ensure that local and international media have up-to date pictures, films, that will leave viewers and readers with a strong positive impression about the company while also providing quality audio equipment for company events
The Person
The right candidate should:
• Possess a Higher National Diploma (HND) obtained at a minimum of Upper Credit
• Possess at least 3 years post-qualification work experience in television, photographic displays, radio/television news production etc.
• Possess script writing and journalistic skills
• Maintain high professional standards, discipline and communicate effectively with at levels of internal and external parties
• Be a good team player, with ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment
• Not be more than 35 years old.

PACER SUPPORT ANALYST REF: IMT/2009/001
Location: Lagos
The appointee will be required to maintain in-depth knowledge of PACER application platforms, inputs and outputs, business processes and users, and corrective actions required. He/She will also be required to administer and support the ongoing operation of the Asset Information Management System (AIMS) and assist users to actively exploit the full functionality of PACER applications.
The Job
The duties will include, but are not limited to:
• Resolving user-related problems within the limits of Service Level Agreement (SLA) and keeping a knowledge management information system to document issues and problem resolutions.
• Management of the registration of users to AIMS suite of applications to reflect NLNG roles, responsibilities and authorities and maintaining the ongoing integrity of NLNG Asset Data by controlling the processes used to update it
• Implementing any improvement plans / user change request for PACER suite of applications in support of the business based on agreed guidelines, requirement analysis, development and implementation of application systems.
• Developing help-database and user-training materials on assigned Pacer modules.
• Contributing to the development of Pacer training programme and conducting training for users to facilitate continuous effective use of the system
• Liaising with vendors of systems and TA (where necessary)
• Arranging IT focal point meetings, taking minutes of such meetings and tracking of action items
• Ensuring that the prescribed system interface between AIMS suite of applications and other system are operated according to agreed schedules and that the necessary checks and balances are continuously applied
The Person
The right candidate should:
• Possess a good university degree in Engineering or Computer Science with minimum of Second Class (Upper Division)
• Possess 3-5 years post-graduation experience in computing, at least two of which Should be in asset information management role,
• Competency in IT database management & trouble shooting experience (Oracle etc)
• Possess good communications and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of Business Object (BO) will be an advantage,
• Not be more than 35 years old

SYSTEM ENGINEER (BASIS) REF: SAP-IMT/2009/001
Location:-Lagos
The appointee will be required to maintain and support the SAP system to ensure its continued effective support of business processes. He/She will ensure the availability and reliability of the SAP application, database system configuration and operating systems through the overall database administration, data security and integrity for NLNG SAP system.
The Job
The duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Perform system administration for the SAP system i.e. monitoring, analysis, optimization and availability
• Define and maintain user profiles and authorization
• Register, change and delete user accounts
• Execute and monitor transports
• Perform recovery testing of application database
• Carry out spool management and printer configuration tasks
• Perform database administration i.e. performance tuning, parameter setting, integrity and security
• Install patches, upgrades, support packs and OSS notes as required
• Provide day-to-day production support
• Create and assign developer and object keys
• Perform client copy functions
• Define and maintain SAP R/3 system configuration, operation modes, instances and switching schedule
The Person
The right candidate should:
• Posses a good university degree in Computer Science or Engineering with minimum of Second Class (Upper Division). SAP Netweaver Certification is required. Oracle Professional Certification will be an added advantage
• Possess at least 5 years' post qualification work experience in SAP Basis administration, with at least one full life cycle implementation
• Maintain high professional standards, discipline and able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external parties
• Be a good team player, with ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment
• Not be more than 35 years old.

SYSTEMS ANALYST (ABAP/Workflow) REF: SAP-IMT/2009/002
Location: Lagos
The appointee will be responsible for report development, data interfaces, analysis and design, as well as dialogue programming in the SAP R/3 environment. He/She will provide applications and interface support and maintenance, program modifications, performance tuning, problem solving, debugging, requirements gathering and writing technical specifications.
The Job
The duties will include, but are not limited to the following:
• Create and modify development objects based on design specifications and development standards.
• Develop specifications from user inputs, create and execute test plans for programming projects and assignments, and document all aspects of programming activity.
• Develop and sustain program interfaces between SAP, other applications, and business partners.
• Responsible for understanding how to estimate, configure and leverage SAP functionality to meet core business process needs.
• Provide ongoing production support to user community, resolving day-to-day system issues in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of users including any project work assigned.
• Create technical specifications based on functional requirements provided by the process organisation and work with Business Analysts to assist in requirements gathering and design
• Diagnose and resolve application related issues as well as provide technical support for Business Analysts.
• Manage the Workflow Engine Customizing, Activation and related Batch Jobs (standard and customized).
• Manage the Workflow Scenario Unit Test and User Acceptance Testing
• Provide the Workflow technical support and administration.
• Manage, Design and Develop the Workflow Scenario (BOR) Business Object Repository Custom Development.
The Person
The right candidate should:
• Possess good university degree in Computer Science or Engineering with minimum of Second Class (Upper Division). SAP ABAP Profession Certification is required. Oracle Professional Certification will be an added advantage.
• Possess at least 5 years post qualification experience within ABAP, plus SD MM, FICO/COPA, Forms
• Maintain high professional standards, discipline and able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external parties
• Be a good team player, with ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment
• Not be more than 35 years old.
