International Turnkey Systems, an I.T solutions provider seeks to hire qualified professionals for the below mentioned positions
Billing technical Analyst: (Ref. Code: Telco – 01 – NGN – 02 – 09)
Experience/Requirements
• Experience in any of the following telecom billing domain: Service positioning, Meditation, Rating, Billing Roaming, Customer Care, Credit/Revenue Monitoring Payments, Inventory call center.
• Experience in any of the following programming languages/Scripts, highly preferable but not required: SQL, PL/SQL, Java, C/C++, Oracle Developer, Discoverer, Forms, Shell programming and Scripting Languages.
• Understanding of Software testing tools and Methodologies
• Customer support oriented, excellent problem identification, solving and communication skills.
Email Exchange Administrator (Ref. Code: Telco– 02 –NGN –02 –09)
Experience/Requirements
• Microsoft certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Windows 2003 Certification preferred.
• Minimum of (3) three years experience as a system administrator using current supported Microsoft server/workstation operating systems
• Ability to maintain DNS, SMTP, DHCP, and Domain controllers, Active Directory applications, Exchange Servers, web servers and FTP Services for the organization.
• Ability to maintain software identity and resolve problems, continuous performance enhancement.
• Manage Windows security features, software and Hardware inventory and documents, and keep track of changes/updates and perform timely backups and mailbox retrievals.
• Research, test and install software updates and patches to supported applications.
• Maintain multiple domains within active directory for exchange purposes.
• Manage Global Black and White list
HR Officer Ref. Code: (HR – 03 – NGN – 02 – 09)
Experience/Requirements
• Bachelor's degree preferably in management with about 5 years relevant HR experience
• Should have the ability to identify, analyse and assist in solving HR issues and contribute to HR process re-engineering as required.
• Hands-on Experience in sourcing, identifying and selecting suitable candidates according to existing procedures, agreed time levels, and budgets, prepare and maintain employment and benefit records, reports and assist in maintaining the database and records for the company's performance appraisal system and training programs administered in the region.
