A marine services provider Vacancies

 A marine services provider with a network of 200 office world wide, offering services to the oil and gas, Shipping, Navy and Defense, Offshore operations, Container and Bulk Commodity sectors, requires for immediate employment suitably qualified candidates to fill the following positions:
1. SALES MANAGER (Liner Services Department)
QUALIFICATIONS
• A Bachelor Degree or its equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience in Sales department of a Liner Agency.
• Prior experience in the Liner sector is compulsory.
2. SALES COORDINATOR
Qualifications
• The ideal candidate must have a Degree or Higher National Diploma in Social Sciences from a reputable tertiary institution with a minimum of 3 years cognate experience in a similar position.
• He/she must be resourceful and analytical with good verbal and written communication skills, a good team player who is able to work flexible hours and under pressure; with a proven hands-on attitude in meeting deadlines with a clear focus on priorities. The ideal candidate must have high activity levels, extensive networking and excellent sales skills which will enable you to develop new business and long term relationships.
• Prior experience in the Liner sector is compulsory.
3. CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Qualifications
• At least a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Logistics / Transport management, Business Administration, or related discipline from a reputable tertiary institution plus a minimum of 2 years working experience in a shipping company.
• The ideal candidate must have excellent knowledge of MS packages (Excel, Word, Power Point, Mail, and Vision) he/she should be neat, accurate, methodical with well, spoken (not accented) English Language verbal communication skills.
4. OPERATIONS MANAGER (SHIPPING AGENCY)
QUALIFICATIONS
At least a Bachelor Degree or its equivalent in Shipping Studies, Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration or the Social Sciences plus a minimum of 5 - 8 years post-qualification experience and currently in a Management Position in the Shipping industry. Good communication skills, Computer Literacy and knowledge of analytical principles, procedures and practice as well as excellent Clients relationship are essential; requirements for this position.
5. ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT 2 POSITIONS
QUALIFICATIONS
• The ideal candidate must have at least a Bachelor Degree or Higher National Diploma in Accounting from a reputable tertiary institution with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience in a similar position.
• He / She must be resourceful and analytical with good verbal and written communication skills, a good team player who is able to work flexible hours and under pressure; with a proven hands-on attitude in meeting deadlines with clear focus on priorities.
• Prior experience in maritime sector will be an added advantage.
6. IMPORT DOCUMENTATION STAFF 2 Positions
7. EXPORT DOCUMENTATION STAFF 1 Positions
8. OFFICE ASSISTANT - CUSTOMER SERVICE 2 Positions
QUALIFICATIONS
The candidates for Positions 6-8 must possess a minimum of OND from a reputable tertiary institution.
