Person Specification:
• A good first degree or equivalent in the Social Sciences,
Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years cognate experience in a cost control/estimating

• Excellent numeracy, communication & negotiation skills
• Self starter and self motivated

2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES
Person Specification:
• A good university degree preferably in any of the Engineering
discipline or in a related field plus an MBA from a reputable
university
• Minimum of 5 years experience
• Proven ability to win new clients and penetrate new markets
• Cognate business development experience with E&P/Oil and Gas
servicing companies.
• Self starter and self motivator

3. PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE GENERAL MANAGER (Male)
Person Specification:
• A good university degree in Secretarial Studies or in a related discipline

• Self-starter-willingness to work with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to manage an office
• Must maintain strict confidentiality on all matters relating to the office

of a high responsibility.

• Proven experience in order processing and purchasing

10. PROJECT CONTROLS ENGINEER
Person Specification:
• A good first degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years upstream
oil and gas project controls experience
• A relevant post graduate degree or certification in Project
Management will be an added advantage.
• High proficiency in computer skills, including producing and
maintaining resource loaded schedules using commercial packages such
as Microsoft project and all Microsoft Office products

  • Produce factory cost schedule for PC  factory, Oregun
  • Analyse, investigate & explain production variances
  • Consolidate raw/pkg material physical stock count, classification & discrepancy report for Oregun site
  • Conduct & report the Qtrly engineering spares physical count & classification
  • Stocks ledger (material sub-assemblies, engineering & energy stock)
  • Accounting for conversion process of raw & packaging materials, utilities, engineering spares and consumables
  • Process the factory fixed & utility consumptions for PC factory, Oregun
  • Accounting for engineering stock movements (slow moving, obsolete, damages & discrepancies.
  • Ensure full compliances to company financial polities (inc. the accounting policy manual,  SCOA &  authority schedule
  • Report PC factory management information & KPIs (FM report & manufacturing booklet)
  • Enforce financial controls to eliminate business waste & optimize scrap recovery
  • Enforce compliance to approved company financial policies & authority schedule
  • Reconciliation of all Pc Oregun balance sheet accounts
  • Existence , valuation & accounting controls for PC, Oregun
  • Track and proactively report potential business waste and /or risks.
  • Notify the fiancé business partner supply chain as soon as any item on FAWIP is commissioned.
  • Raw/pkg material stock movement, verification & classification.
QUALIFICATION
  • B.Sc Accounting
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in financial and (or) cost accounting
  • Part qualification (minimum of  IAN part 1)
  • Proficiency in the use of Excel
