Our company is a subsidiary of a Real Estate construction company.
The Dredging Company is in charge of supplying sand in large quantity for the building and construction of several estates across the country and thus the need for a Senior Dredging Project Manager expert to supervise operations.
This project presents unique challenges and requires a professional with a high degree of technical skill and management savvy.
The successful candidate would be reporting to the Chief Operating Officer of the Dredging Company. Ideally they would have been involved at some point – either managing or participating – in the dredging business.
- Ability to articulate today what the cost of sand is per cubic and ton.
- Ability to articulate today how much sand can be dredged per day/ week/ etc.
- They should have opinions around why things may not go well on a dredge site and how to improve them.
- They must have a track record of getting stuff done….must.
They should have heavy equipment experience and possess at least 4 to 6 years of site management experience.
